We have fully embraced remote work.

While most companies insisted that their employees return to the office after the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, we doubled down on our commitment to remote working.

Today, more than 75% of our workforce is fully remote, and 100% of our workforce have at least 10 remote days per month.

Our experience has showed that when done right, remote working can improve productivity and efficiency, mostly by cutting down on unnecessary, redundant tasks.
