Martin Repelski

Chief Financial Officer

Martin has been with Boccard since 2010 and held a number of key positions in the firm, including Head of Internal Audit, before his appointment to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2018. He is chiefly responsible for the firm’s risk management framework as well as for assessing the financial performance of the firm and all of its subsidiaries. Additionally, he also manages the firm’s tax affairs, treasury, capital management and regulatory ratios.

Prior to joining Boccard, Martin was the Financial Controller for a German multinational corporation in the precision engineering industry. He has also previously worked at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

Martin has been serving as a non-independent, non-executive member of the Board of Directors since 2022.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Sciences Po and an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
