Investor Relations
The Investor Relations team serves as a liaison between Boccard Asset Management Limited and its shareholders and bondholders (collectively known as ‘Investors’). As a privately-held company, we are not required to publicly disclose information on our shareholders and bondholders.
However, in the interests of transparency, the Board of Directors disclosed that as of the date of our last Annual General Meeting, i.e. 6 February 2024, Boccard has a total of 28 bondholders, collectively holding bonds worth €73,252,990, with an average coupon of 4.42%.
Our Investor Relations team is accountable to our Investors, and works closely with relevant parties both internally and externally to ensure that Boccard’s share price and valuation are fair, reasonable and reflective of its business performance and financial circumstances.
In addition, the team also provides regular updates to Investors on key strategic initiatives and other developments, including appointments of key personnel.
