MERIT-BASED EMPLOYMENT

We make recruitment and promotion decisions solely on the basis of merit. Where possible, our decision criteria is transparently disclosed to every candidate at the start of the interview process.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HARASSMENT

Any employee who harasses a colleague based on their gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation or economic background will face disciplinary action. Repeat offenders face the possibility of termination.

ENGLISH WORK ENVIRONMENT

English is the primary language of business at all our workplaces. All official meetings across the firm are held in English, and all official written communications, including emails, are made in English.

FULLY-PAID PATERNITY LEAVE

For employees who have been with us for at least 12 months, we offer up to 4 months of paid paternity leave for the first child and up to 3 months for each subsequent child- the same entitlement as maternity leave.
