Boccard Asset Management Limited (the “Company”) is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, and is an approved investment business and approved investment manager regulated by the BVI Financial Services Commission. The Company operates in a number of other jurisdictions through its subsidiary entities, including but not limited to Boccard Holdings Limited, Boccard Procurement Limited, Edelweiss Capital Group Limited, Edelweiss Investments LLC, Edelweiss US LLC, and Edelweiss Revocable Trust. As a privately-held company, the Company does not publish its revenue or earnings information, and discloses BOI information only to the BVI FSC and other local and national government agencies as may be required.

The Company’s US subsidiaries have decided to voluntarily comply with the Corporate Transparency Act despite the court injunction granted in Smith v U.S. Department of the Treasury and FinCEN’s subsequent announcement that compliance with the Act remains voluntary.
